Our Training Placement Officers are your on-going link with Burton College. They will discuss training needs in detail with yourself, as the employer, and your employee who is our learner. They will advise on the best route for your employee to achieve the skills improvement you are looking for. They will also monitor and report on progress and resolve any issues which may arise during the training programme. |

| Health and Safety Co-ordinators | ||||
| We have two friendly health and safety co-ordinators who visit the learner’s working environment to ensure that “so far as is reasonably practicable” the working environment is safe. We hope you will not see this as an unreasonable or unnecessary intrusion into your business – we are required by law to ensure the health and safety of learners on government-funded programmes.
