HE Courses
Burton College offers a range of Higher Education courses at various levels,
enabling you to study locally for a Higher National Certificate; a Higher
National Diploma; or a Foundation Degree. Successful completion of one
of these courses can be followed by study for a full degree at one of
our local partner universities; Staffordshire University, Derby University
or Nottingham Trent University. The College has over 500 students undertaking
courses ranging from Higher National Certificates/Diplomas, Foundation
Degrees, Teacher Training and Masters Degrees.
Whether you are currently completing a Further Education course at the
College or are thinking of coming to the College for the first time, staff
can offer advice about a Higher Education course that best meets your
career aims. The information on this section of the website will provide
you with the basic information that you need to select the most suitable
course, whether full-time or part-time. We hope that we can help you to
