Parveen is a unique and outstanding individual. In partnership with her husband Mohammed, Parveen owns and runs a highly successful hospitality and catering business comprising four outstanding restaurants in the Staffordshire Moorlands and District. She previously was on the governing body for Keele University.
Parveen is hugely passionate about the development of communities and the young people within those communities.
Over the past ten years she has dedicated herself in collaboration with the education authority and youth organisations in raising awareness of cultural diversity and the richness of blended culture, providing workshops and seminars both for pupils, staff and parents for many of the schools within Staffordshire.
Parveen has been involved on numerous occasions in speaking at regional and national forays, on issues of cultural, racial equality and diversity. She has spoken on both national radio and TV and has been asked to position challenging concepts within the political arena and council level.
Parveen has formidable commitment, enthusiasm, energy, drive and amazing determination to make a significant difference in the work that she undertakes. She is ferocious in her belief of equality, open minded in her deliberation and her true humbleness in terms of her own contributions to positively changing lives of others and inordinate sense of justice.
