Community Venues
Community courses take place across Burton, Uttoxeter and the South Derbyshire
area, at centres which are convenient to you. Environments are welcoming
and friendly. Tutors are approachable, interested in you and what you
want and full of enthusiasm for the subject and/or skills they teach.
We run classes in church halls, community centres and at local schools.
We also offer vocational courses in a range of community venues.
EDIT:
EDIT based at the IMEX business park, offers friendly training courses
in Information Technology and Skills for Life in a supportive, caring
environment. Courses are aimed at those who need extra support to return
to education, such as lone parents, those with mental health difficulties,
disabilities or people on benefits. Courses include NEW CLAIT, ECDL, CLAIT
PLUS and Skills for Life. To see if the course would be suitable for you

Our Skills for Life team offer literacy and numeracy at a range of community
